Milk Thistle Farm & Magnolia Bakery are What my Dreams are Made Of

Last Sunday my family went into the city for a morning at the farmer's market. This is one of the top five things I miss from living in the Upper West Side. At the weekly market we would by delicious half & half from Milk Thistle Farm, tricolor pasta from the Hudson Valley Farmhouse (while trying to find their website I came upon this incredible one which has nothing to do with this post, I just thought it was my obligation to share it because it is so cool), and yummy pastries from Not Just Rugelah. If you have the opportunity to buy fresh half & half, don't pass it up...it makes coffee SUPER SUPER delicious. I dream about it. In addition we would buy fresh produce from a number of different stands. And our extra special treat was a box of cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery...yes I am addicted and I dream about them too.
